3 Sessions of ADHD/Executive Function Coaching for all ages (50 min each)
ADHD/EF coaching is a personalized and goal-oriented approach designed to help you navigate the challenges of ADHD and enhance your executive function skills. In these three sessions, Annika will work closely with you to develop strategies for better time management, organization, and self-regulation. Gain a deeper understanding of your unique strengths and challenges while building practical skills.
This three-session package is enough time to give you a taste of whether coaching is a good fit for you or to make significant progress on a goal that you already have in mind (e.g. creating a morning routine, starting a challenging project, prioritizing a weekly schedule, etc.).
To get the full benefits of coaching, it is recommended that you sign up for a ten session package or an ongoing subscription.
