Collaborative learning and community spaces
for social-emotional development.
There is no separation of mind and emotions. Emotions, thinking, and learning are all linked.
— Dr. Eric Jensen
Annika is an ADHD coach and former middle school teacher who thrives on building brave and compassionate spaces for young people to express their truest selves.
With a colorful background rooted in both Bangkok and San Francisco, Annika has always pursued diverse experiences, starting from her early days at the Nueva and Thacher schools to her Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at McGill University in Montréal.
After completing her academic pursuits, Annika embarked on an epic adventure as a teacher of Humanities at the Millennium School in San Francisco, where she crafted and delivered dynamic, project-based learning programs spanning the science of mindfulness to gardening for social justice. Having fallen in love with working with students one-on-one and in tight-knit groups, she now coaches young people seeking executive-function support and compassionate mentorship.
